WWTC is a trading group, that is located at the "Underground Caverns" guild on the Skyrim map. It's runned by "Thorin_Rugarth" whom is a merchant.
WWTC is admin controlled, but that does not mean Thorin will not hire Serfs, do to material runs. Contact him at the shop, to get a job. He pays well.
WWTC will not War anyone, no matter what. Tough, if your faction is being a pain for WWTC, we will exlude you and your members from ever duing business with us again.
