Since, recently, the server has been gaining bigger numbers than usual, I believe you need to put in order a scheduled map change, as people get bored of one map all the time. Also, reset times need to be scheduled at least everyday.
Scheduled map changes - I think you should schedule these for every 1-2weeks.
Scheduled server resets - I think these should be done everyday, in the morning, as this will clean up the mess from the night before. I would reccommend around 5am or 6am GMT+1
