The two complaints on the forums have both been REFUNDED, therefore my warnings should get taken away. I refunded 25k for one, and 15k for the other. So they shouldn't even be added to this complaint! Therefore, 4 days is way to long, plus, you didn't offer me to refund Corey, also I doubt Aries checked the logs before banning me!
If I NLRed, the rules on the forums are wrong as it clearly states 'the person who killed you': NLR (New Life Rule): If you die, you cannot interract with the person who killed you for 15 minutes. (This includes provocation, kicking, punching, helping others kill the person etc.) -NLR does not count, if the other player is at war with your faction. Then, if I supposivly RDMed, I saw them attacking/killing my own faction member, so RDM wouldn't be in play. So like I have said many times, this is an INVALID complaint. P.S Aries, do NOT avoid this comment!! I want a reply. I want you to explain yourself instead of just saying 'I broke the server rules'. GIVE ME PROOF!

Just because you refunded doesn't mean it doesn't count towards your rule break history. If someone committed rdm and then got punished for it and done it again are you saying that you wouldn't give them a longer punishment because it's the second time? And as MrVasir pointed out to me yesterday this rule is a grey area however if you die all KoS that you might of had are now obsolete. So there that's that end of.

That isnt the end of it. Ofcourse the KoS goes! But if I see them killing my faction member, im sure I get a kill reason...
Plus I want a reply about how I broke a rule in this situation, as AGAIN you are trying to avoid it and not giving me an answer, that is all you have been doing this WHOLE complaint. Its either that, or you are dumb. EDIT: You are giving me short answers on bullshit I already know, which doesnt answer my questions.

You died during a skirmish. You can not rejoin the skirmish once you respawn as this is breaking NLR. How about you stop throwing insults at me otherwise face the consequences.

Only because you are an admin, doesn't mean you get a sudden immune system from people throwing insults at you, plus, it was an accusation.
I didn't REJOIN the skrimish, the skirmish had ended, as we all died. Plus, that isnt stated in the rules, so again, making shit up and avoiding it. Its a shame the high ranked admins arn't seeing this.

Copy + Paste where it says that rule in the Server Rules, and I will accept it.

As I said the NLR rule is a grey area and as I said yesterday visir said I made the right call that's all I'm going to say on the matter so I'm marking this complaint as denied and solved. No doubt you will create an administrator complaint in me so I will see you there buddie
