Admin's Ban reason/ statement:Aries ban reason, which for the record was completely invalid, was I NLRed/RDMed. Apparently, this was my second offence. His stated reason ingame was: King_Rickard_Karstark banned for 4days for NLR/RDM, 2nd offence.
Your side of the story:I get back from being AFK, and hear by my fellow clan mates that the England faction had killed/attacked my faction. I see people of my faction dying in the kill feed, and I got told the Aries was KoS along with a few others. So, I went over and couched Earl_Aries_England, then died afterwards by some other England guys, keeping in mind, Bishop_Corey_England was NOT apart of this fight. I go back to my death spot and loot some of my shit back, then see, at the bank between outlaw camp and Mount Hellstone, Bishop_Corey_England and 2 other fellow England's killing a faction member of mine. So, obviously I react and go in for the kill, I couch Bishop_Corey_England, and the other two Englands start to fight me, then OUT OF NOWHERE, Aries comes over, already in a piss with me because he lost his plate as I couched him, and freezes me. This is when I get fucking mad, as he is interupting a VALID fight. Ares, an admin in the Karstarks then comes over as admin and asks Aries about why he is freezing me and telling me off for 'breaking the rules'. I get un-froze, either by Aries or Ares. Then, since the complaint is between ME and Bishop_Corey_England, no-one else involved, apart from the two admins, Lord_Gran_Karstark couches Freestyle as he was one of the 2 England members that attacked me when I killed Bishop_Corey_England, then a fight breaks loose and I help Gran out, Ares told us to stop, so I did, but Harper (I think his name was) of England kept attackin me and eventually killed me, Ares slain him for this. Then, that is when Aries announced my ban, and bans me. I don't see any reason why I was banned, especially for 4 days, as I have seen MASS RDMers get banned for 2 or 3 days. Plus, I do believe you shouldn't do your own FACTIONS complaints, but thats just me. Also, I believe I don't need a screenshot for me seeing them attacking/kiling my faction member as the timings between my faction members death, and me killing Corey is very close together, therefore showing I was atleast nearby.
Why should we should unban you:Because this is a completely invalid reason to ban me, plus I believe Aries was slightly mad after loosing his plate, like everyone else would be. If I don't get unbanned, I believe my ban should ATLEAST get taken down to 24hrs or lower, as like I said, mass RDMers get less time than me, and I am usually a good boy, but apparently I wasn't in this situation. Plus, I believe Aries didn't even check the logs before banning me, he was just taking word from his England buddies, unless he was invisible watching it go down, which was unlikely.
