So it looks like Seaside kicked the Onogurans from his faction, meaning they did have kill reason on him, however I cannot find evidence they they were kicked in the last 15 mins, I might have missed it. Anyhow they proceeded to kill Seaside, and died doing it then returned to the scene and attempted to kill him again, Maekl being a friend of seaside along with thoras tried to protect seaside from the onogurans and the result was their deaths. This in my opinion is not a justified ban since the scene should have been left clear of onogurans thanks to the NLR, however they should not have returned to begin with. In short it looks like he was not in the wrong, as yes he was killed before by the onogurans, less than 15 minutes prior, but it was not him who started the scenario, as he was told not to loot, meaning he had a kill reason given to him by the onogurans. It's a thin line and difficult to see where to go from here, but this should be enough decision for one of the senior admins to make a decision.
